Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Pet Maison (“Pet Maison”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services provided by Pet Maison, including but not limited to boarding, daycare, grooming, transportation, training, and related pet care services.
By using any service provided by Pet Maison, the pet owner (“Owner”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately. Your continued use of our Services after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Services Offered:
Pet Maison provides professional pet care services including daycare, overnight boarding, grooming, transportation, training programs, and other related services.
All services are provided subject to the pet meeting Pet Maison’s health, vaccination, and behavioral requirements.
By utilizing Pet Maison services, the Owner grants Pet Maison permission to photograph or record pets during their stay. Such media may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. Pet Maison will not disclose personal owner information without consent
Payment Terms:
All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed by Pet Maison management.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, cash, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
Pet Maison reserves the right to:
* Require deposits for bookings
* Charge late payment fees
* Refuse future bookings for unpaid balances
Prices for services may change at any time without prior notice.
Liability & Abandoned Pet:
Pet Maison takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of pets in our care. However, pet owners acknowledge that environments where pets socialize may carry inherent risks.
Pet Maison shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur while a pet is under our care, including but not limited to:
* Injuries from normal play or interaction with other pets
* Stress-related illness or behavioral reactions
* Minor scratches, bites, or similar incidents
* Worsening of pre-existing health conditions
* Unforeseen incidents despite reasonable supervision
Pet owners are strongly encouraged to maintain pet insurance coverage.
Uncollected Pets
Owners must collect their pets at the agreed pickup date and time.
If an Owner fails to retrieve their pet and Pet Maison is unable to establish contact after reasonable attempts, the pet may be considered abandoned after 7 consecutive days.
Pet Maison reserves the right to initiate appropriate steps to rehome or place the pet for adoption in order to ensure the animal’s welfare.
Health and Vaccinations:
All pets must be fully vaccinated and in good health prior to admission to Pet Maison.
Vaccinations must be administered at least 48 hours prior to arrival, although vaccination 10–14 days before check-in is strongly recommended for maximum effectiveness.
Owners must provide valid proof of vaccination before drop-off.
Pets displaying signs of contagious illness will not be admitted to Pet Maison.
Parasite Prevention
All pets must be free from fleas, ticks, and parasites.
If fleas or ticks are discovered after check-in:
* The pet will be isolated immediately
* Treatment will be administered
* The owner will be notified
* Additional charges may apply depending on severity
VACCINATION LIST
Dog Vaccination Requirements
The following vaccinations are mandatory:
* DHPPi + L (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, Leptospirosis)
* Rabies
* Kennel Cough (Bordetella)
Deworming and flea/tick prevention must have been administered within the last month.
If proof of parasite prevention is not provided, treatment will be administered at check-in for Extra charges.
Cat Vaccination Requirements
* FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia)
* Rabies
Behavior Policy:
For the safety of all pets and staff, pets attending Pet Maison must demonstrate safe and manageable behavior.
Pet Maison reserves the right to:
* Refuse service to pets displaying aggressive or dangerous behavior
* Separate pets from group play if necessary
* Request immediate pickup if a pet poses a safety risk
Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet to other animals, staff, or property.
Emergency Care
Medical Emergencies
In the event of illness or injury, Pet Maison will make every effort to contact the Owner using the provided contact information.
If the Owner cannot be reached, Pet Maison reserves the right to seek immediate veterinary care from a licensed veterinarian.
All veterinary expenses incurred during the pet’s stay will be the responsibility of the Owner.
Age Requirements & Feeding Policy
Minimum Age Requirement
All pets admitted to Pet Maison must be at least four (4) months of age.
Pet Maison reserves the right to refuse admission to any pet at its discretion if health or behavioural concerns are present.
Feeding Policy
Owners are encouraged to bring their pet’s regular food to maintain dietary consistency.
If owners prefer Pet Maison to provide food, our in-house dry food may be provided for AED 10 per day.
Pet Maison is not responsible for digestive issues resulting from changes in diet.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Dispute Resolution:
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith mediation.
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be referred to arbitration or the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.
Additional Clauses:
Pregnancy Waiver
Pet Maison requires all dogs and cats attending the facility to be spayed or neutered unless otherwise approved by management. In the event that a pet attends the facility without being spayed or neutered and participates in socialization activities with other animals, Pet Maison shall not be held responsible for any pregnancy that may occur during the pet’s stay.
Personal Belongings
Owners may provide personal items such as bedding, toys, blankets, or feeding bowls for their pets during their stay. While Pet Maison will make reasonable efforts to safeguard these items, the facility is not responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction of personal belongings brought into the premises.
Force Majeure, Emergency Evacuation, and Unforeseen Loss
Pet Maison shall not be held liable for any failure, delay, loss, injury, or death of a pet resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, armed conflict, civil unrest, government orders, public safety incidents, or other emergency situations that may affect the safety or operation of the facility.
In such circumstances, Pet Maison will make every reasonable effort to safeguard pets in its care, including relocating them to a safer location or arranging emergency evacuation where possible. However, if conditions make it impossible to safely maintain custody or supervision of pets due to imminent danger to human life or facility safety, Pet Maison reserves the right to take any actions deemed reasonably necessary under the circumstances to protect the welfare of the animals and staff.
